What is the cost of your portable buildings?
Our units range in prices starting from $15,000 Inc GST. If you would like a unit priced for you please feel free to get in touch with us for a free no obligation quote.
Do you have finance or payment plans?
We require a 40% deposit upon ordering your unit, 30% once trailer, walls and roof are completed then the final 30% is due 3 working days before delivering you unit. We don’t offer finance but have a great mortgage broker who is more than happy to assist you with any help you need getting a loan.
What materials are the buildings constructed with?
- Duragalv steel chassis on wheels and axles.
- Treated strandboard flooring.
- EPS Panel for walls and roof.
Do I have a colour choice for panel?
Yes, there are a range of colours to choose from. Interior walls are finished in titania colour.
What is the power source?
Units come with a 32amp power caravan plug attached to the underside of chassis. An electrical code of compliance certificate is presented upon delivery.
What does the plumbing consist of?
All units are pre-piped and ready for your local plumber to connect services on site.
Can building layouts be amended?
Yes. We can amend any of our standard layouts to suit any requirements you may have. You can also design your own layout from scratch.
What is required of the customer for delivery?
We ask that a compacted, levelled hardfill is placed before delivery to insure a secure structure.
Are the buildings insured?
Yes. Our buildings are insured while under construction and while being transported to the customers chosen delivery address.
